If your job involves wearing a sales hat (all or some of the time), and you’re looking for ways to:

  • Enjoy prospecting outreach instead of dreading it

  • Avoid chasing prospects who ghost you after the first meeting

  • Feel totally comfortable discussing price

  • More accurately predict which prospects will sign

  • Increase revenue while creating stronger relationships

Then this workshop is for you!

Whether you love, tolerate, or severely dislike wearing that sales hat, we’ll cover simple principles and processes that anyone can use to achieve better sales outcomes and enjoy the under appreciated art of sales.  No hard selling, no cheese, and no finger guns… actually, finger guns are fun, so maybe a tiny bit of those – pew pew!

Carrie McIntyre has been in the association industry for 30 years in sales and customer success roles.  She founded Navigate to help associations increase non-dues revenue by:  aligning member value with industry partner results, fixing internal sales operations, coaching staff in sales roles, and turning customers into enthusiastic advocates.

She started her career working for several DC-area associations in marketing and membership roles.  She then worked for several for-profit companies that help associations generate non-dues revenue in both sales and customer experience roles and helped build two successful sales teams and sales operations from scratch.  Carrie is a member of ASAE, TSAE, and the Professionals for Association Revenue and a regular speaker at in-person and virtual events on sales-related topics.

When she’s not geeking out on trends in sales, marketing and technology, she loves to spend her offline time taking improv classes or camping with her husband and two teenage boys
